Witnesses include Martin Gruenberg, chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; Michael Barr, vice chairman of supervisions of the Federal Reserve System, and Nellie Liang, undersecretary of domestic finance at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
