Campaigners held a press conference on 29 July to announce events for 1 August and turn the attention of the public to the Convention on Cluster Munitions. Slagan Vuckovic, a cluster munition survivor from Serbia attended the event and called on the Macedonian authority to lobby Serbia to join the team and accede to the Convention on Cluster Munitions. A “join the team” chess game followed the press conference which Slagan took part in.
