Amnesty International issued a press release on 1 August to celebrate entry into force. They also took advantage of the Pohoda 2010 music festival that took place in July, getting people at the event to take a picture by a display that was set up. AI campaigners then used all of the photos taken to compile a photo petition in the form of a huge "postcard", presenting it to the Ministry of Defence in August.
